Character is the foundation of strong teams, strong schools, and strong communities. Through our partnership with WJHL, FCA works to elevate the values that shape East Tennessee — integrity, leadership, service, discipline, and teamwork. These aren’t just athletic ideals; they’re life‑building principles which influence classrooms, locker rooms, families, and neighborhoods.
FCA's Character Counts program champion these values in real, everyday moments. When coaches lead with purpose, when athletes encourage one another, when schools model unity...character grows. When character grows, communities thrive.
